Shipping, Return and Refund Policy

Shipping information

We process orders within 1 business day except holidays. Once we ship your order, you'll receive tracking information via the email you provide at checkout.

We typically ship via USPS but can ship through any other method when requested.

If you have a specific shipping question or request, no problem, contact us and we can work through it.

Return or Exchanges

If you aren't 100% happy with your bandana for any reason, we'll be happy to do an exchange or refund your order within seven days of the purchase date.

Note: Refunds are processed following the return of your order.
